FutureCan Refund Policy

 

At FutureCan, we believe in transparency and understand the importance of a clear and understandable refund policy for our customers' trust and satisfaction. We respect your decision in every aspect of the process and are committed to guiding everyone through their journey clearly and effectively.

 

First of all, it is important for all our clients to be aware that the approval of visa applications or changes of status, as well as the time taken to process such applications, are determined exclusively by the Government of Canada or Government Authorities. It is not within RCIC's (Regulated Immigration Consultants of Canada) power to influence these decisions. Consequently, if the application for a visa or change of status is refused, the fees will not be refundable, since the RCIC services have actually been carried out.

 

Furthermore, if a client chooses to terminate the contract before submitting the temporary visa application and RCIC has already sent the checklist of documents required for the process, a refund will not be granted. This checklist represents a service that has already been provided, so once it has been sent, it is considered a completed part of the process.

 

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and, in certain cases, paid services may not be used or purchased. In these situations, FutureCan undertakes to refund the corresponding fees, in full accordance with our Client File Management Regulations, Client Account Regulations and Retention Agreement Regulations. These refunds will be processed within 45 days, using the same means of payment originally used by the client.
