EXPRESS ENTRY - FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER (FSW)

The Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program offers a valuable opportunity for foreign workers wishing to immigrate to Canada. The program is aimed at those who have at least one year of paid work experience, acquired outside of Canada, in positions categorized as NOC TEERs 0, 1, 2 and 3. This experience must have been acquired during the ten years prior to applying. In addition, candidates must achieve an overall average of 7 on the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB), which assesses English proficiency, and 67 points on the Six Selection Factors calculator. The FSW is a great option for qualified professionals looking for a career in Canada and a life full of opportunities.

EXPRESS ENTRY - FEDERAL SKILLED TRADES (FST)

The Federal Skilled Trades (FST) is an immigration program aimed at professionals in the trade/construction sector who have demonstrated proficiency in their respective fields. Applicants must have at least two years of work experience inside or outside Canada in certain positions that require technical and specialized skills, categorized as "Skilled Trades". This experience must be recent, acquired within the last five years. Language requirements include a score of CLB 5 for speaking and listening skills, and CLB 4 for reading and writing. This program provides a promising pathway for qualified professionals seeking immigration opportunities in Canada.

EXPRESS ENTRY - CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS (CEC)

The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) is an immigration category aimed at foreign workers who have acquired qualified work experience in Canada. Applicants must have at least one year of qualified work experience in positions categorized as NOC TEERs 0,1,2 and 3, gained within the last three years. The work experience must be acquired with worker status, and must add up to a total of at least 1,560 full-time or equivalent part-time hours over a period of at least 12 months. Experience acquired with student status, whether on-campus, off-campus or through a co-op program is not valid. In addition, applicants must meet the English proficiency requirements, with a minimum score of CLB 5 or 7, depending on the NOC TEER. The CEC is an effective gateway for foreign workers wishing to continue their careers in Canada.

PROVINCIAL NOMINATION PROGRAM

The Provincial Nominee Program presents a variety of opportunities for potential immigrants, offering a range of immigration programs that are specific to the needs of each province. These programs are aimed at a variety of candidates, including international students, investors and skilled or semi-skilled workers. To be eligible to receive an invitation from a province, candidates need to express their interest in it. Each province has the autonomy to develop and manage its own immigration programs, making the guidance of a specialized consultant extremely useful. Our team is available to offer personalized support and guidance for each case, except for the provinces of Quebec and Saskatchewan.

ATLANTIC IMMIGRATION PROGRAM

The Atlantic Immigration Program is an initiative that benefits both Atlantic Canadian employers and foreign workers and international students. This program assists employers in hiring foreign workers who intend to immigrate to one of the four Atlantic Canadian provinces - New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. It also offers international students the chance to stay in the region after completing their studies at one of the local higher education institutions. This is a fantastic path for those looking for stability and growth opportunities in a dynamic and welcoming environment.

RURAL & NORTHERN IMMIGRATION PILOT PROGRAM

The Rural & Northern Immigration Pilot Program is a pioneering immigration program that aims to boost the development of some of Canada's most remote communities. The program creates an accessible pathway to permanent residence for skilled foreign workers who have a genuine job offer that meets the needs of the community. To participate, applicants must express their intention to live and work in one of the program's communities. By enabling the flow of immigrants to these communities, this program not only benefits immigrants in search of a better life, but also revitalizes local economies and enriches the cultural diversity of these communities.

FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

Family Sponsorship is a program that allows Canadian citizens or permanent residents to bring their family members to Canada. If you have family members you would like to bring to live with you in Canada, we can advise you on the best way to sponsor them. In addition, we can help you obtain a permanent residence visa, facilitating the family reunification process. This program reinforces the importance Canada places on family and the well-being of its citizens and residents.

STARTUP VISA PROGRAM

If you are an entrepreneur with an innovative business idea, the Startup Visa Program could be the way for you to immigrate to Canada.
